(c) Money 101 Money for Life
(d) Money for Life
(e) Superannuation 101
(f) Financial Planning 101
(g) Wellbeing 101
(h) Insurance 101

Money 101 Money for Life Pty Ltd has developed and is the owner of the Money 101 Program and the Money 101 IPR. Money 101 has provided or may provide to the company images, copyright material, other intellectual property and confidential information in connection with the provision of services by the Service Provider to Money 101(“Services”). It is understood by the Company that ownership of all intellectual property is retained by Money 101 and that all confidential information is to be handled by the Company in the strictest confidence.

The IP Rights, as developed expanded and modified from time to time (and all documentation evidencing or depicting the IP Rights) remain the sole and exclusive property of Money 101 at all times
