The online Certificate IV in Financial Practice Support qualification is for individuals performing a support role to qualified financial planners and para-planners. It is ideal for existing workers either wanting to upskill or those who already have the skills and knowledge but require recognition via a nationally recognised qualification. It is also vital for administration staff working in the financial services industry (receptionists, customer service, general administrative support) who wish to gain a broad range of skills and knowledge about the industry in which they work. Completion of the two core ASIC units provides Tier 2 RG146 ASIC accreditation. These units can be completed as a stand-alone skill set for those who only require the RG146 for Tier 2 products. As with all nationally recognised qualifications, this course covers employability skills such as communication, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and enterprise, planning and organising, self-management, learning and technology.
