Before commencing work Money 101 Money for Life Pty Ltd provides the client with a privacy agreement acknowledging that our company will adhere to the Freedom of Information Act 1982 and the Privacy Act 1988. Each party also takes reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information it collects, uses or discloses is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

Money 101 Money for Life Pty Ltd ensures that all our staff are trained in the National Privacy Act. Money 101 Money for Life Pty Ltd:

• takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure
• takes reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de identify personal information if it is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed under National Privacy Principle 2

Security

The importance of data integrity and security is a priority. The program is only available to registered users. User access is via an authorised user name and password, and is managed through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) application. The server is hosted in secure premises and all data is backed up on a daily basis.
